What forms of payment do you accept?
If my pet's problem doesn't get any better, can I be refunded for the fees I was charged?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for the veterinary care your pet receives at our clinic. Our fees cover the cost of examining, testing, diagnosing and treating you pet.
Not all health problems have a straightforward solution. Some may require a long-term management plan. Some may be more difficult to diagnose and/or may have several causes. A cure may not always be possible. Please be assured that your veterinary team will do everything they can to find the answers to your pet's health problems.
What payment plans do you offer?
We are not able to offer any payment plans at this time. We require payment for services provided at the time of your pet's visit. If you have any questions regarding our payment policy, please fell free to ask. Your veterinarian will work with you to come up with a cost-effective plan to keep your pet current on his/her vaccinations as well as other necessary services.
We do accept many major credit cards, which can help cover many routine and emergency services.
Why does it cost so much to provide veterinary care for my pet?
The fees you pay for your pet's veterinary care include a number of things; the costs to compensate your veterinarian and her team for their professional services, the expenses incurred to maintain the hospital and equipment. When someone adopts a new pet, he/she should be prepared to include annual veterinary care in the cost of owning a pet.
Certain advanced procedures may come at a higher cost, but as the pet's owner, you decide what care you want to provide for your pet. Overall, veterinary care is a terrific value for pet owners.
Can I get health insurance for my dog/cat? If so, what does it cover?
There are several companies that offer health insurance for pets. These plans are much like human insurance plans. They have premiums and deductibles. These fees vary depending on the level of coverage you choose.
Many routine services, such as wellness visits and diagnostic testing, are covered. Prescriptions, surgeries and certain procedures for a wide variety of diseases and conditions may also be covered. All of these specifics should be clarified with your insurance carrier.
